VANESSA MOLINA

Federal Immigration Litigator
Former U.S. Department of Justice Trial Attorney

I am a federal immigration litigator with more than a decade of experience inside the United States government, including service as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, representing the federal government in immigration matters across trial and appellate courts.

I previously served as an Asylum Officer and worked on Capitol Hill supporting the implementation of DACA policy, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the immigration system from multiple institutional perspectives.

Today, I bring that depth of experience to individuals, families, and professionals navigating complex immigration challenges, particularly cases involving federal litigation. My practice is grounded in precision, preparation, and respect for the people I represent. Immigration is not simply legal status, it is identity, stability, and future.
